The pre-enrolment period for the 2025-2026 academic year will be open from 13th January until 1st September 2025, or until all available places are taken.

Check the access requirements and the necessary documentation that you will need to scan before starting the application.

Please note that you must pay the pre-enrolment fee of €30.21 by bank card.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

• Transcript of records of your university studies with details of: subjects taken, ECTS (or hours), number of exams taken, marks for each subject and average marks (it is not necessary for the transcript to be closed at the time of pre-enrolment, a provisional printout of the marks will suffice)*.
• CV*
• Scanned ID card*
• Degree corresponding to the studies that give access to the master's degree (only in the case of having completed the studies).
• Motivation video addressed to the Master's Coordination (2 minutes long).
• Passport photograph*.

PRE-REGISTRATION FORM

1. To access the application you need to be registered in the VHIR Virtual Secretariat system.
   • If you are already a user of the virtual secretary's office, go to your services here.
   • If you are not registered, enter your details and we will proceed to create a user account for you here.
2. Once you have registered, go to the virtual secretary's office to apply for pre-registration.
3. Select your study option.
4. Enter your personal and academic details in the different sections of the application form.
5. Scan the necessary documents and attach them to your application.
6. Pay the registration fee of €30.21 by credit or debit card (non-refundable).
7. If you wish, you can download the receipt of your application.
