The aim of the specialization course Innovation strategies, models, and methodologies in Health is to explore the perpetual innovation in the evolution of healthcare, in which strategic methodologies are used to pave the way for a transformative change. This course offers an opportunity to navigate the intersection of innovation and high-value healthcare, unravelling a spectrum of innovation tools, from Lean to Agile, and delving into Scrum and diverse frameworks.
The student will be able to sharpen project management skills tailored for healthcare innovation and to master the craft of formulating strategies within complex healthcare systems. Beyond lectures, he or she will be able to cultivate an innovation culture, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among students through hands-on workshops. This course is to be considered as a toolkit, empowering individuals to play a vital role in impactful healthcare innovation initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the healthcare landscape.
