The aim of the specialization course in Self leadership and soft skills is to reinforce interpersonal skills to lead effectively, with a team management perspective and adequate communication skills.

The goal of this course is to provide the student with the essential leadership skills and with comprehensive tools and leadership strategies to ensure that he or she will be equipped to lead teams with efficacy, take informed decisions, set actionable goals, and drive organizational success with user-focused approaches and all with an entrepreneurial mindset. This experiential and practical course focuses on strengthening your leadership through improved interpersonal skills, better team management techniques, and enhanced communication/negotiation capabilities with customers, collaborators, investors, and stakeholders.
